Frank leads SCD’s in house planning and design team. Frank has worked with the SCD family of companies for 20 years. Frank works closely with our clients, contractors and estimating staff managing the details of the design and planning stages of the project. Frank is also an integral part of our Quality Control Inspections and coordinates the Warranty Departments In-Progress Inspections at the Project during crucial production timeframes. |
